General Gotovina and the UN War Crimes Court (2005)

Ante Gotovina, former Croatian general retook a Serb rebel-held Croatian territory in the south, effectively ending the war of Croatian independence from the former Yugoslavia. Now the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia has charged the ex-general with the killing of at least 150 ethnic Serbs during the key Croatian liberation military operation in 1995.
